This one is great! Personally, I’d have the wearer not be able to wear anything else -but- the dress, but I may give it a moderate amount of AC. The downside? You have to put up with the echoes of all who have worn the dress before you, and some of them are not happy… or sane. The whole concept reminds me of this image:
