Hi! Thanks for running this. I got inspired and wrote up my item, but did not see rule #6. As I do not use twitter, I can’t post a link to the competition there. Can I still submit to the contest?

Do you need it formatted in the D&D 4e style? Or do we just need to cover the mechanical bases in some reasonably clear manner?
